Most of us probably believe we make good decisions in our personal and professional lives. However, there are common "traps" our brains can fall into that can impeded our decision making. As humans, we need to over-rely on intuition, anchor our decisions in past experience or data, or exhibit an over-abundance of either confident or caution. Once we understand these "traps" we can take specific actions to counter these tendencies and improve our outcomes.
