Dr. Maura Stevenson joined MedVet as Chief Human Resources Officer in 2017. In this role, she oversees all aspects of the Employee Experience, working to keep MedVet’s unique culture as the organization grows. Prior to joining MedVet, Maura served as VP of Talent Management at Wendy’s and VP of Human Resources at Starbucks, where she worked for almost ten years. She holds a BA in Psychology from Amherst College and an MA and PhD in Organization Psychology from Ohio State. Maura also serves as an Affiliated Research Scientist at the Center for Organizational Effectiveness at USC’s Marshall School of Business.
