Jean-Baptiste Jentzer, PhD (he/him/his)

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from ENSIACET. Jean-Baptiste Jentzer hold a PhD in Agroressources sciences (INP Toulouse).

From 2012 to 2017 he worked on various research projects in the field of plant extraction (Stevia) and bioprocess (coconut water, chocolate, melted cheese, …).

Jean-Baptiste joined Symrise Pet Food in 2017 as R&D Project Manager to coordinate chemical engineering research projects to improve cat food palatability, particularly through formulation and process conditions. Since 2020 he started working on the palatability of medications for cats and dogs. Then in 2022 he became veterinary account technical manager where he supports players in the veterinary pharmaceutical industry to improve the palatability of their products.
