Chris Sanchez, DVM., PhD, DACVIM (LAIM) is a professor of large animal medicine and interim associate for clinical services at the University of Florida College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Sanchez received her D.V.M. degree from UF in 1995 and completed a residency in large animal internal medicine in 1999 and PhD in 2003, both from UF. Sanchez’s research interests include gastrointestinal diseases, neonatology, and pain management. She is currently president of LAIM, ACVIM.
