Presentation Description / Summary: There has been a relative increase in the use of distributive models for clinical teaching of veterinary students. With this in mind, how can we adapt our traditional resident training to fit the distributive model? In this session we take a look and compare the benefits and challenges of resident training in the traditional and distributive model settings. The session will guide you through how we have embraced the change and propose benefits of our current set-up and the challenges faced.
