Presentation Description / Summary: Did you know that there is a large-scale, multi-year study currently underway, involving hundreds of dogs at high risk for cancer, to examine the impact of blood-based cancer screening for early cancer detection? This session will discuss the development and deployment of the Cancer Lifetime Assessment Screening Study in Canines (CLASSiC), which has been enrolling patients from sites across the US since late 2021. The first installment of interim data from CLASSiC will be presented, along with a variety of case studies from dogs enrolled in this landmark study.
Learner Outcomes: 1. Review the design and development of CLASSiC, a lifetime cancer screening study for dogs 2. Assess interim data from CLASSiC 3. Examine case studies from dogs enrolled in CLASSiC
