An almost 2 year old male neutered canine was diagnosed with a left-to-right patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) with concurrent atrial fibrillation (AF). Occlusion of the PDA was performed minimally invasively using an Amplatz Canine Duct Occluder (ACDO). Identification and management of atrial fibrillation is discussed.
