Presentation Description / Summary: Recent years have seen a decline in house officer/resident embarking into specialty training. This is multi-factorial problem due to high caseloads for specialist, reluctance to add or introduce new resident programs, and changes in the education landscape of the veterinary profession. it is important to consider that access to diverse didactic training, continuity, and high level rounds materials can remove training burden and improve the learning potential of residents. This presentation will demonstrate how a virtual rounds model for residents can using innovative and modern learning practices can be successful providing expert driven, diverse content with continuity for a global cohort of specialty residents.
