Dr. Tinoco-Najera received his veterinary degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico in 2009. In 2013, he received his specialty degree in small animal internal medicine and surgery from the same university. In 2018, he obtained his master’s degree in small animal gastroenterology. In 2019, he joined the Gastrointestinal Laboratory at Texas A&M University and is currently pursuing a PhD degree. His research focuses on the discovery of noninvasive biomarkers for canine chronic liver disease.
