Christianna Ziccardi is a Small Animal Internal Medicine Resident at the University of Georgia. She is currently in her second year of residency. Originally from New Jersey, she earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at Florida Gulf Coast University. She then attended veterinary school at Auburn University, where she developed a passion for Small Animal Internal Medicine after initially being interested in Shelter Medicine. Prior to her residency, Christianna completed a small animal rotating internship at the University of Georgia. Along with her professional life, she enjoys a variety of interests. She enjoys CrossFit, healthy cooking, hiking in northern Georgia, and spending time with her resident mates. She shares her home with her husband Aaron, a mischievous cat, an athletic Chihuahua, and a poorly behaved Bloodhound mix.
