Jonathan received his veterinary degree from the University of Glasgow, Scotland in 2002. In 2007 Jonathan joined the GI Lab, Texas A&M University as a PhD student and he started his residency in small animal internal medicine in 2008. In 2011 Jonathan achieved board certification with the ACVIM. He is interested in all areas of small animal gastroenterology and is working to develop new non-invasive tests for liver disease in dogs. Jonathan currently serves as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Veterinary Small Animal Clinical Sciences, Texas A&M University.
