Dr. Starr Cameron is a Clinical Associate Professor in Veterinary Neurology & Neurosurgery at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Starr attended the Royal Veterinary College and then completed a rotating internship at Pittsburgh Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Center. After her internship, Dr. Cameron completed residency training in neurology and neurosurgery at Cornell University and became board certified by ACVIM in 2013. After residency, Dr. Cameron worked in private practice at SAGE Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Centers in Redwood City, California while also researching epilepsy in California sea lions with the Neuroscience Department at Stanford University. In late 2017, she joined the University of Madison and currently conducts research in epilepsy in cats and dogs, as well as studies in feline cognitive dysfunction. For fun, Starr loves spending time outdoors with her husband and 1 year old son.
