Jimin Park is DVM from Kyungpook National University. After graduating, she gained one year of clinical experience at a local hospital. Currently, she is pursuing a Master's degree in Internal Medicine at Kyungpook National University Animal Hospital.
Her primary focus lies in the diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases in companion animals, particularly dogs and cats. In November 2023, she had the privilege of presenting a poster at the joint-hosted One Health Forum and Academic Conference by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Korean Society of Zoonoses. The title of her presentation was "One Health Approach: Molecular Investigation of Pathogens with Zoonotic Potential from Companion Animals in South Korea." She was honored to receive the Outstanding Abstract Award for her work.
She brings a blend of practical experience and academic pursuit to contribute to the field of veterinary medicine, with a commitment to advancing the understanding of infectious diseases in companion animals.
