Small Animal Rotating Intern
Texas A&M University
Originally from South Florida, I earned my undergraduate degree at Florida Atlantic University before pursuing my veterinary degree at the University of Illinois. It was during my academic journey at UIUC that my passion for cardiology blossomed, a flame that has only grown stronger throughout my rotating internship at Texas A&M University.
Throughout my professional journey, I have developed a keen interest in congenital anomalies and the intricate nuances of diagnosing and treating arrhythmias. These complexities continue to captivate me, propelling my aspirations to pursue a career dedicated to their exploration.
Looking ahead, I am eager to contribute to the field of cardiology. I envision myself playing a meaningful role in academia, actively contributing to student learning, educating clients, delivering exceptional patient care, and immersing myself in impactful research within the cardiology domain. My overarching goal is to make meaningful contributions to the understanding and advancement of cardiac health in veterinary medicine, fostering a comprehensive approach that benefits both the veterinary profession and the well-being of our patients.
