Katie Mullen is a Building Interdisiplinary Research Careers in Women's Health (BIRCWH) Postdoctoral Fellow in the Translational and Integrative Sciences Laboratory. She is a Board-Certified Large Animal Internal Medicine Specialist. She has experience is private specialty practice and academia. Her research interests are establishing relationships between human and animal health at the household level and understanding sex differences in the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of diseases shared by humans and animals.
