Tim has been working in the construction industry for over 28 years, with the last 10 years having a veterinary/dental/medical emphasis. While he didn't initially set out to focus on this particular specialty, his years of experience within it have turned him into an industry expert. Tim brings many unique offerings to his clients, but the ability to manage projects from a financial perspective - such as helping to analyze what direction to go with office finishes/features - ensures that each client received the best possible return on their investment. Serving Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, Northern Iowa, and North/South Dakota, Tim continues to manage an average of 25-30 projects each year.
